Stay Safe (& Healthy) With Tigger #5
This is not simply safety, it is for your good health! All of us who spend lots of time on our computers need to remember:
*Try not to get too close to the monitor because it is hard on your eyes (and probably on your neck too)!
*Take breaks because you need to rest your eyes! I may have exaggerated a teensy bit about your computer being radioactive, but it is good practice when you are Flickr'ing for hours on end! Setting your text size so it isn't teensy is a good idea too.
Here is a suggestion: Set a timer for maybe a half hour or 45 minutes to remind yourself to get up, stretch (cats are good at that), and focus your eyes on other things for a few minutes. Or simply close them for a bit. This will help you be able to Flickr or otherwise work on your computer more effectively for longer periods of time (I'm not going to address health issues related to Flickr addictions at the moment--LOL!)
