Pretty-as-a-picture dress

Pretty-as-a-picture dress from Anna Maria Horner's Handmade Beginnings.

 

I altered the pattern sligltly to have the entire centre panel as the patchwork block (foundation pieced steps) and no feature panel.

 

The bodice is fully lined and all seams on the skirt are enclosed. The sides are sligtly gathered and the back and side waist elasticised for fit.
