This Image was captured form Mighty River Padma, at Aricha ghat Point,

The aperture was larg opening at 11-16MM UWA Lens and the exposure was taken 3 stop after metering, I was Inspired to take Such shoot Once i saw some ND Filter work with 10 stop,
