, This is the Graveyard [at Chandrima Uddiya park, Dhaka] of Shahid Presiden Major General [retd] Ziaur Rahman , Bir Uttam, Psc A highly decorated and accomplished military officer, he retired from the Bangladesh Army as a Lieutenant General.He was the first sector and brigade commander of the Bangladeshi Forces called Z Force during the Bangladesh war of independence with Pakistan.

 

Major General Ziaur Rahman became the 7th President of Bangladesh on April 21, 1977

 

This Monument was Constructed by The Khaleda zia Government during her ruling period , This is One of the beautiful monument which presents a wonderful architectural view in Bangladesh. It'/s also a Recreational place / Park of these days at Dhaka city ,
