This is a Screen shot from a e mail made to The director Creative unlimited the organizing Authority for a Cultural show at SHADHINOTA STOMVO [ A Monument of LIBERATION WAR OR BANGLADESH ] Captioned as From the heart of BANGLADESH "Light and Sound " And I was present in this show and found my Image which was Taken by me form another Monument of our Liberaion war ,[ Boddho vumi, Means an Intellectual Killings Graveyard] was Stolen from internet and Made a Back Projection through multimedia in the stage at 100'x 60' WIDE Screen in the presence of Millions of Peoples here at Dhaka BANGLADESH , with out giving me due credit,

 

I Opposed this through my friend Mr, Hasan Saifuddin Chandan , who is an Official photographer of that Organisation , and he send a mail to the director mentioning my claim, , Hereby I attached the original and stolen image over the e mail and produce here for the view of my well wishers and share this Irresponsible act,

 

This kind of work is been done world wide for Music, sculpture, Writings, Cinema and Also to photography, and The copy right rule never allow to do that,

 

but who care whom,!!!!! ??????

 

We must Stop doing this, and these are not done by a ordinary people , this is always done by the same trade professionals, So this is the time we must stop this work,

 

But I am Happy In a way that My works are show in a wide screened in front of Millions of people and This was a National Prog, I would have been more honored and happy if i was contacted and ask permission for projection to such a Befitted prog in BANGLADESH, we are related to Our freedom fighting directly or indirectly and had responsibility to shoulder and could discharge some by allowing my image to be used for this purpose, I am Shocked again Happy and sharing my happiness to my friends, and contacts at home and Abroad,
