Smashed potatoes

...with BBQ oven roast, corn and rice.

Tonight's dinner.

We haven't been cooking much red meat lately......I suppose because the kid has no interest in eating meat!

So the roast is a bit of a special treat, I guess.

[Can't completely deprive the husband of red meat!]

 

Of course, the kid ate the "smashed" potatoes he helped to make. And some corn.
