Kunstmuseum Den Haag

Natural daylight shines in every room of the museum. To temper that light, Berlage installs an ultra-modern velum construction: a suspended glass ceiling, through which daylight flows moderately into the room and creates an intimate atmosphere. For the same reason, the rooms on the ground floor receive daylight through windows at the top of the walls.
