It was difficult to photograph this window display in bright sunlight when I walked by, but I was sort of dismayed to see how hard this Canton's being flogged in the liquor stores and had to document.
It's being marketed as a fancy ginger liqueur good for cocktails à le wildly popular St. Germain, but it tasted like a nasty mix of cheap brandies and "ginger" flavor to me. The bartender who let us sample it one night said he thought it was made by the same company that makes St. Germain, which made a lot of sense.
