Fifteen Shells
Wet collodion on black acrylic. MPP 5x4, 90 seconds @ f/11, open shade. The collodion was pretty old and getting quite red.
I didn't have a wooden box with a 5:4 aspect ratio, so I made one. That's why the joints are rubbish and the sides aren't square!
I really like the acrylic. The blacks are deep, and the plates looks very three-dimensional. It also varnishes easily with Liquitex and it's light, so easy to mount.
