THE STRAND 1. 1092 (East Side) TOPSHAM No 14 (Shell House) (Formerly listed in the rural district of St Thomas) SX 9688 9/1167 11.11.52 II* GV 2. Late C17. Plastered front. Two storeys and attics, five windows, sashes with thick glazing bars, arched over the central doorway. Six-panel door with fine shell hood on carved brackets. Two dormers, slate roof. Interior has good late C17 plaster ceiling, panelling and staircase. All the listed buildings of the Strand form a group.
