Air Libertè was a French Airline created in 1997 that declared bankruptcy in 2002 and cease operation mid 2003. The company adopted the name AIR LIB on September 22nd, 2001. Among other types, the Airline got 2 Airbus A.310-200s and one single A.310-300.

F-GHEJ (c/n 535 series 304) was a plane delivered to Leasing company ILFC in May 1990. The first user was Air Libertè as F-GHEJ. Air Libertè retured the plane in September 1996 and the plane was prepared (and painted) to be delivered to Air Europe Italy, but the Italian company did not taken up the aircraft that in February 1997 went to Aerocancun. Aerocancun immediately sub-leased the plane to AAA Adorna Airways. The plane returned to Aerocancun in November 1997 and then to ILFC in May 1998. The next operator was Brasilian Company Passaredo from June 1998 to September 1999. The final user has been Yemenia, that leased the plane from September 1999. This aicraft was lost on June 30th, 2009 when it crashed into the sea whilst on approach at Moroni - Prince Said Ibrahim International (HAH / FMCH) in the Comores Islands.
