AOM French Airlines (previously Air Outre-Mer) was the second largest airline in France from 1990 until 2001. The company operated a total of 15 DC-10s, all of them from the second-hand market.

F-ODLZ (c/n 46869 l/n 174) was a series -30 originally built for SAS (as SE-DFD) in 1974 acquired by Air Outre Mer on November 29th, 1990. Slide was taken at MAD. The plane was flying for Cubana and was sporting a big additional title of the Caribbean Airline.
