AOM French Airlines (previously Air Outre-Mer) was the second largest airline in France from 1990 until 2001. The company operated a total of 15 DC-10s, all of them from the second-hand market.

F-GNDC (c/n 47849 l/n 213) was a series -30 originally built for Air New Zealand and flying for AOM since December 1993.

Theaircraft wear a full WWF special color in FAO in November 1998.
