This rebrand of the Erika 40 is labeled Model No. 47 and has a Hebrew keyboard. Accordingly, it types from right to left. The machine has its carriage return lever on the right, unlike Erika 40s that type from left to right and even my Hermes 3000 with a Hebrew keyboard. Serial number 4094327 indicates it was manufactured in 1966. Made is USSR occupied East Germany.
It was distributed in the U.S. by Continental Typewriter Trading Corp., New York City, so perhaps CBM stands for Continental Business Machines.
