Jughead (Cliff Swallow)

Cliff Swallows and Barn Swallows compete each spring for almost every inch of nesting space under the eaves of the bridges crossing Armand Bayou. Cliff Swallows construct the more impressive jug-like mud structures but both fill the nearby skies with amazingly aerobatic flight displays as they forage for insects to feed their young.
