Final Approach

Same Green Heron preparing to touch down on its preferred fishing pier. I had been watching it slamming the gulf menhaden from this perch for the better part of an hour so when it was poised on a nearby limb, I knew exactly where it was headed. It sure makes things easier when a bird announces its intentions.
