The Roundhouse (Harbourmaster’s Station, Pocra Quay, North Pier) - the old Pilot House (1798) is a rare survivor of its type, notable for its octagonal shape and relatively early date. It only ceased to operate as the harbour's Navigational Control Centre with the opening of the new Marine Operations Centre at the North Pier in 2006.
