fine art black & white moody shot of a bench against autumn leaves and misty trees, October in Cotes de Grace, near Honfleur, Normandy, France

This is part of a series of misty shots taken at Cotes de Grace in Normandy. Processing the photos, in this case a stack of 3 exposures, in Photoshop to keep the effect of the really mist (this is NOT a case where mist/fog/smoke is added in Photoshop) proved very difficult and requires a complete change in my usual approach. La Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, a Catholic chapel on the heights of Cotes de Grace overlooking Honfleur is in shot and can just bee seen immediately above the bench.

La Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-Grâce is a Catholic chapel on the heights of Cotes de Grace in the commune of Equemauville, Calvados region of Normandy. It overlooks the commune of Honfleur. It was completed in 1615 by town burgers and fishermen/seamen on a previous chapel founded in 1023 by Richard 2nd, Duke of Normandy. fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chapelle_Notre-Dame-de-Grâce_d'Éq.... Nearby is the viewpoint of Mont Joli.
