Images and Collage created with PicMonkey. The first is just minor color tweaks with saturation and temperature, through basics. Then I used the Radiance Effect, with adjusted focal point [smaller]...and positioned between the two window glares of the original. Saved that, and then undid the effect, and did it again with a wider focal point and positioned slightly higher. They are steps in glare pop. When you animate light effects it is helpful to have stages of the light bursting, and moving the focal point for the stills will help add movement to the animation.
