Guy in Volvo with No hard Hat!!! Same guy as last year [see comment]. Couldn't believe it, they are so reckless. Anyways, I told the security detail [new since the tarp wrap], and he didn't seem to care at all?? So, I went to the fence and screamed for his attention, five times, loud too!! he looked, and I asked where his hard hat was, and he looked away. Told the retired Navy guy with a broken back, and he said someone was going to get fired. I told him what I thought the headhouse really was....he sees me all the time, were friends. He didn't seem too surprised.
