Circus World Clown
The original background was almost a match of clowns face! This was my first attempt at using CS5 to remove the clown and put in a different background. A feeble attempt at that. No book, and going to my CS3 book didn't help too much. The quick selection tool was a help but I had a hell of a time with the 'refine edges' tool. Should I buy CS6 with one of those bible books? Now that I think about it I could have used the selection brush in Lightroom, de-saturated the background and then applied a gradient. Oh well, it was fun but frustrating! I need to just get Lightroom 4 and learn that well. I'm almost embarrassed to post this, but having spent so much time on it.................
