The Reverse Flash
Took some time to get the right inspiration to do this one justice.
Used Nik Software's "Silver Efex" to create two slightly different B&W layers - then copied those layers six times each (total of 14 layers times and each pair of layers [1, 1A, 2, 2A, et al.]). Faded each pair of layers 5% more than the previous pair of layers and shifted a couple of pixels (five left for 1, then five right for 1A) on each subsequent layer to give a "blurred image coming into focus" as if a super-speedster just appeared in front of you. Red lightning added in with starting points of bright spots on his contacts (from the LEDs in his mask).
