Tehranian Chicken
From my observation, when traffic lights went red in Tehran, the traffic kept driving through the intersection.
It was up to the traffic whose light had just gone green to inch forward slowly to narrow the way through until the red light traffic chickened out and stopped coming through.
Then the green light traffic could drive through the intersection...and keep driving through after the light turned red...
This photo is towards the end of the game when the motorbikes can still get through the gap...
