...Yeah, the problem is that your web site is stuck in 1996 apparently.
First you make your site purposefully only work witn IE (with Javascript enabled, double whammy), then you're kind enough to present this error message in a micro font (CSS: xx-small).
The only reason I can see they might want IE only is their javascript rollover menus probably aren't cross-browser compliant, or maybe there was some other cross-browser issue so they just decided "screw it, stick with what we know and make them conform."
Personally, I wouldn't include my name as the author in the META element of something like this, but this one did.
