Rolling landscape of Český ráj

Drábské světničky is a ruin of a 13th century rock castle in the Czech Republic. It is located about 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) northeast of Mnichovo Hradiště on a ragged edge of a sandstone cliff high above surrounding landscape.

The castle covers a group of severn sandstone rocks, connected with wooden bridges. It has been abandoned since the Hussite wars in the15th century.

Spending autumn weekend in the area of Drábské světničky, Český ráj, was a lovely experience - had luck with the weather and autumn colors were at their best. Taken during the trip around the castle ruin, close to the village of Mužný - nice view from a nearby hill towards the rolling landscape of Český ráj.
