I went up in a helicopter yesterday at sunset for some aerial views of the Boston skyline, doors off. I got a ton of shots but I decided to start with this one. Little bit of everything in this, but I really liked the Boston Harbor Islands in the distance past the skyline and I dig how you can see both the North End and Beacon Hill Neighborhoods to the left and right of downtown respectively. Also, Storrow Drive snaking through the bottom of the image seemed like a good way to anchor the composition. Got really lucky with the perfect conditions for the photo tour.
