Future Tide Line

Greenpeace activists rally with coalition partners in Manhattan Beach, California, Oct. 24, 2009. Activists formed a human chain on the Beach to help illustrate where the water line will be if global warming is allowed to continue. The rally is one of thousands of events around the world on a Global Day of Climate Action to change the negotiating environment as the international community heads towards crucial UN Climate Negotiations in Copenhagen in December 2009.
