This picture was taken in beautiful Whitehorse, the capital "city" (basically it's a town) of the Yukon Territory in Canada, with a population of only about 30-35,000 people. It takes up about 70% of the Yukon Territory's population, and is one of the major stopping points along the Alaska Highway.
