Top of the World

From the Tom, Dick and Harry Mountain,

My daughter calls this place, “Huckleberry Heaven”, officially, it’s the “Salmon-Huckleberry Wilderness”. Not to mention the thimbleberries, wild rhododendrons and everything else that thrives along the way.

Down below, in the shadows, you can see “Mirror Lake” (featured in my “All in a Day’s Walk” photo). Aside from Mt Hood, that big volcanic thing, front and center, you can see, Mt Saint Helens, Mt Rainier, and Mt Adams. Go large view if you want a clear view. I'm not 100% sure, which one is which.

When I am up there, I feel I can touch the sky. Although, sometimes, the sky will come to you. My fondest memory is walking down with my daughter as the snow began to fall.

I would say more, but the photo can do the talking !!!
