Heart of Stone

This was a "run in - snap - run out shot". I spotted the shape in the sand and the way the water retreated round the rock while walking past. I set the camera up metered it set the aperture and shutter speed and waited for the tide to retreat enough to get close with the wide angle lens. Then leg it!!
