Commercial space converted to luxury residence

This Chicago property was originally a commercial space, but was converted to a luxury residence with the use of both traditional and contemporary Sapele windows and doors. The storefront facade was updated with new traditional hung windows that preserved the downtown history, while the new addition consisted of contemporary direct set windows, awning windows and lift and slide doors.
