Contrasts

I liked the incredible contrast of a strong tank and a handicapped parking lot right next to it.

The tank is standing in a parking lot in Attica Indiana. I have seen it twice and dont know who the owner is. There is no museum and no army base which leads me to the assumption that it is privately owned.
