Should you eat this stuff or not? Two schools of thought:- 1) Not on any any account; probably prepared in less than ideal conditions, etc etc. 2) Provided it is piping hot and freshly prepared, no problem - probably safer than some hotel food. My advice - Doesn't matter whether you eat it or not, you're going to get the runs anyway! We didn't eat it - and got the runs - but it certainly smelled good.
