"Disaster" ELL: Student Planned & Executed (3-23-12)

This Engineering Leadership Lab (ELL) was planned and executed by students in the second year of the GEL program. In it, GELs were assessed on many of the Capabilities of Effective Engineering Leaders, including decision making, responsibility and urgency to deliver, ethics & integrity, systems thinking, structured communications, and more.
