275: Could I have picked a colder day to do this???

Today I looked at apartments in St. Paul. This is my first option in the hunt for housing. It would mean paying a little more in rent and having to furnish a place from scratch, but I would be closer to my job at the Capitol. Unfortunately, today the weather decided to start f***ing freezing out of nowhere, making my hunt far more unpleasant.
