201: Upside Down
Work went long again tonight. I'm supposed to plan out my next week, but it's been so hectic lately that I've had a hard time planning more than a day ahead. We basically have a ton of staff and not enough places to send them. Thus, we send people out to some places and just pray they do well when we should really be able to give everyone a good location to do their work. It sucks because I feel at least somewhat responsible for these people not meeting expectations but I have to potentially fire them because they're not up to par with the standards. With this guilt haunting me, I stayed in the office really late tonight to start pushing ahead with planning next week out. I decided to take a few minutes here to de-stress by 365'ing it up.
