For Flickr Group Roulette's "Words on Skin"
So when I was in Amsterdam last summer, I randomly started thinking about what I would get a tattoo of if I ever actually got one for some reason. I don't plan on ever doing it, but I decided that I would get a pattern like this one. It's my initials. However, the reason I would pick that over anything else is that my whole family has these initials. It's a cool little fact about our household and it's something we thus share. I doodled a bunch of different designs based on different representations of the letters I had seen. I ended up creating something that looks like a baseball cap logo. It uses the "C" from the Cincinnati Reds/Minnesota Twins and the block "M" from the University of Minnesota. Of course, if I ever did this, it would probably go somewhere less visible and be drawn much better.
