62: Bucketman and the Boy Wonders

Tonight was the U of M Relay For Life, where we celebrated our months of fundraising for the American Cancer Society and took some time to reflect and remember those who have struggled or are struggling with cancer. The theme for the night was superheroes. On my floor, this was a perfect opportunity to promote our original game, Bucket Wars, which is going down again Saturday night. So we busted out the flags and a couple of jerseys for the occasion. The "B" on my jersey stands for Bucketman and the "J" on the other shirts stands for Jimmy, both important positions in the game of Bucket Wars.

Here I am flanked by two of my wonderful residents. We were the only guys on our floor's relay team and did our best to show off our manly prowess. Of course, the success of this varied throughout the night, depending on whether it was when we won the tug-of-war contest or when we requested and then sang along to "I Want It That Way" by the Backstreet Boys. Either way, a great night that only got better when I took my next 365 photo.

Thanks to dustywrath for being my human tripod here. Between the two of us we made Relay for Life a success on our floor.
