39: Keep it green, keep it safe

I've walked past these bushes on the 4th street footbridge for the last four years. Rarely have I ever bothered to make contact with them. I thought I'd take a moment to actually stop and ponder them. Today is a rather nice day outside, but even in the harshest times of winter here in Minnesota, these bushes are still vibrant and green.
In other news, I beat the system a little with my thesis by getting permission to use a reader who doesn't meet the traditional standards set by honors.
