an art... not a science...

I tend to think i have pretty good tension, however, I must have have had slightly different tension when making these two.

I tend to knit loose to begin with and my tension changes I suppose depending on when I knit, where and in what mood I am in.

 

top one is ever so slghtly smaller... but it could be just eh variance in the "bumper"
