Large model locomotive
This large model of a steam locomotive (I think the scale must be 1:10) was built by German railroad apprentice mechanics and stands in the hall of Darmstadt central station. If you insert a 50 cent coin the wheels will turn for a few minutes.
I shot it through the perspex casing that protects the model from vandalism and probing fingers. It came out quite well. Good contrasts, as always with an Argus, especially when stopped down.
Argus C3 (late 1946)
f/3.5 50mm Argus Cintar
Kodak TMAX 400 Black&White negative film
