...I lost another inch off my waist this week, but my weight isn't changing. I think I'm replacing fat with muscle! Whee!
The waist-to-hip ratio calculator still thinks I'm fat: "Your Waist to Hip Ratio is 0.83 and appears to indicate an increased risk for heart disease and diabetes." (This is because it expects women to actually have hips, which I don't.) BMI says: "Your BMI score is: 24.0 A BMI score of 18.5 to 24.9 indicates you have a healthy body fat ratio."
I've measured at irregular intervals so it's hard to tell, but believe you me when I say that all those upswings you see are due to The Curse™, which makes me bloat up like a corpse. I really very much Do Not Like that aspect of living in a female body. Ugh.
