Dinner

...tofu (seasoned with salt & pepper, garlic, and paprika) and button mushrooms sauteed together in ghee; steamed broccoli; and a lovely Hollandaise sauce.

 

(Holy shit but Hollandaise is good. Have some, if you haven't in awhile. So, so good.)

 

This meal (plus seconds, not pictured) was 1,138 calories. But other than a latte earlier, and maybe a little bean dip and salsa later after work, it's probably all I'll eat today.

 

(Because I was too lazy to feed myself breakfast or lunch. Heh.)
