...do I have to run home for nothing...

 

Gustaf had suddenly been inspired to build some improvement in the boathouse by the pier. But on three previous occasions... what he thought was Stella... had called for him. He had then hurried back to the house, to find out that she had not shouted at all.

 

It was the Parrot "Gojan" who realized that his ability to imitate voices was really fun to use. And every time Gustaf had come running, Gojan had laughed quietly to himself, so Gustaf would not hear him....

 

Now, however, Gustaf had realized who it was, and was a little upset. And it was even more fun... for all the friends on the island… ; ))
