Todd Moore (left, standing), the Command Sergeant Major for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command, serves as the mediator to a panel of senior leaders during a question and answer session at the Grand Hyatt Riverfront Hotel in San Antonio Jan. 4, 2013. The panel was part of several activities in the City of San Antonio to commemorate the 2013 U.S. Army All-American Bowl, scheduled to be held Jan. 5.

Panel members included (from left to right) Sam Wyche, a former NFL player and former coach of the Cincinnati Bengals football team; Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Marketing Mark S. Davis, director of the Army Marketing and Research Group; Lt. Gen. William B. Caldwell, Commanding General of U.S. Army North; and Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Talley, Chief of the Army Reserve and Commanding General of the U.S. Army Reserve Command.

The panel answered questions about their success, leading diverse groups and creating new leaders, in and out of the military. The Army has hosted the All-American Bowl in San Antonio since 2002, highlighting the 90 best high school football players and 125 best high school marching band musicians from across the nation.
