Capt. Pamela Cotton Answers Questions About Life as a U.S. Army Dentist

On Oct. 19, Capt. Pamela Cotton visited Rice University’s Pre-Dental Society to discuss the Army’s Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP) and how qualified students can receive full tuition for any accredited dental program, plus a monthly stipend of more than $2,000.
