Tragically, Manchester City player and later manager, Tony Book died just a few days ago on 13 January 2024. He will always remain an icon and legend to the club’s fans and football fans in general.
Back in 1976 he, with a little help from Rodney Marsh, he was happy to take part in GMP’s latest drive to recruit new officers
The images were taken at the club's former stadium, Maine Road.
