206/365: Dudes on a Map
I wouldn't want to be the guy in the bottom right...
This game is called "Ikusa" today, was originally called "Shogun" and later "Samurai Swords". I've got the newest incarnation, but the first one came out in 1986 already, as part of the MB Gamemaster series. It's a bit like Risk, but better because it has different unit types that introduce a bit of rock-paper-scissors, buildings for defense, and the concept of armies that move about (so you can't just move willy-nilly, but have to collect experience with your army leaders).
Oh, and of course, there's ronin and a ninja. Did you spot the ninja?
