162/365: Forbidden Stars
All the units of all the factions of this game. Top left is Chaos (Khorne World Eaters), top right Space Marines (Ultramarines), bottom left Eldar (Lyanden Craftworld), bottom right Orkz (Evil Sun). I considered getting them all into one picture, but that would have gotten way too crowded.
The game is a reimplementation of the good old Starcraft by Fantasy Flight Games (out of print for a few years - I own it including the ultra-rare Typhon promotion), with some ideas thrown in from Horus Heresy (an unfortunately short-lived endeavour by FFG) and with a couple modernizations here and there. Oh, and with a different theme, though still all about interplanetary combat.
I haven't played it yet, but I quite like the new things FFG has added here. I think this one could play a lot more elegant, particularly for newcomers to the theme. Starcraft was a bit obscure to get into if you didn't know the source material (the first computer RTS game, that is).
