Least known mark on a Lincoln Penny

These are the initials of Victor David Brenner, who designed the obverse of the Lincoln penny. These initials lie between the shoulder of Lincoln and the rim of the coin, and are virtually invisible to the unaided eye. I thought that this would make a good test of a newly acquired lens - the latest in my macro collection
